Hello,

I placed an order on 02-28-2024 and I received an on screen message that it was placed successfully, but I never received an email for the order.  I am checking my order history and the order is there but the area for "Payment History" and "Order History" both show that it was not paid even though I did receive a pop up notification that the order was placed successfully.  I also checked my PayPal account and I do not show any charge there for your USA store.

Can you please check my order and let me know if it went through or not?  I do not want to accidentally place a duplicate order.

Dear Alisa,

Thanks for your response.
The order #2024020144 is not paid.
We did not receive the PayPal payment,
So the order was unshipped.
When you click the PayPal button on the order,
You will log in to your PayPal account and then go on to pay.

I am also having the same problem with paying for my order, I wonder if it is possible to change the payment method?

If the store has live chat, phone support, or an email address, use those abgerny channels for faster assistance.
