i put my oder on 29th February, your personnel informed me that it will take 3weeks to process preorder, but now I got no further information about my order, and it is not shipped yet, is there any problem with my order? Thanks a lot ! Looking forward for your reply

The new fitting is not available yet.
But it is in plating now.
Once we have it in stock,
We will offer you the tracking number.
