O11D-AK gasket replacement

Question

I have an O11D with the bitspower water cooling. I was attempting to clean it while replacing the coolant and the gasket that sits between both sides of the distro plate popped out and will not fit back in. I've tried everything, but no matter how I orient it, it seems like it is 1/4 inch too long to fit back in.  I don't know if you sell just the gasket itself, or the distro plate without the pump, but I need some sort of help please.

Hi Nick,

We can sell you the gasket if you can install it by yourself.
Please do a leaking test in 0.34bar, no more than 1 min after you assemble the distro plate.

It sounds frustrating to have the gasket not fit back into the distro plate, especially when it seems slightly too long. Reaching out to the manufacturer or a specialized retailer for a replacement gasket or a new distro plate without the pump might be your best option to resolve the issue.
