Dear Customer,

If the pump runs at 2351 rpm, it is not defective.
Did you connect the pump directly to the power supply or to the motherboard?
If to the motherboard, the speed may be limited by the motherboard itself.
You can go to Bios and check.
The max flow of the Hercules pump is about 11LPM.
It also depends on the water cooling system.
If it is in the Titan series system, the LPM is about 5 LPM.

@block blast, If your Bitspower Hercules pump is consistently running at 2351 RPM, it could be higher than the typical range. Check the specifications in the manual to see the expected minimum RPM. If the manual states a lower RPM range and yours doesn't match, it might indicate a defect.
