I am having a perplexing issue with a new build using a Bitspower Titan One 2.0, where the PSU shuts off when I put the water pump on full speed. It seems like the PSU protection shut being triggered, as I can’t get it to power up again without un/replugging. I am using a Bitspower 24-pin bridging plug w/PWM to plug in just the pump. On PWM mode it runs very slowly. Hard tubes are connected to the CPU (Block Summit MS). When I plug it into full speed mode, the PSU and pump turn on for about 1.5 seconds before the PSU shuts down (I have to unplug and plug it back in for it to provide power again). Plugging the PSU into just fans powers them fine.

I have drained and re-filled the reservoir a few times. I haven’t hooked the pump and PSU to the motherboard yet as I am not comfortable given this behavior. I did a successful leak test.

Dear Wyn,

Sorry to hear that.
Would you send us a video or photos to show the problem?
May I have the receipt?
What's your motherboard and which slot did you connect the pump to?
Please send the information to below email address, thank you.

It is possible that the PSU does not have enough power to run the water pump at high speed. Try checking the connections again and make sure the PSU is powerful enough for the entire system.
