I asked about Waterblock that is compatible on MSI Lightning Z 2080Ti and got an answer from Bitspower Support, Lily

that Bitspower has Model BP-VG2080TIML compatible for My VGA, and what I am asking is about the shipping, I am in Indonesia and is Bitspower willing to ship to Indonesia ? and what's the Tax policy

apparently Indonesia has a VERY bad habit of returning Items that doesn't have the Import Tax paid the second it arrives on the Customs, what if it happens, how do I confirm Bitspower that the Customs apparently returns the Item.

short version is I'm asking about if Bitspower willing to Ship to Indonesia, the Tax Policy and the Return Policy

Yes, we can ship to Indonesia by Fedex. If your package appears any Tax fee, Fedex will contact you and ask you to pay the fee when you get the package. About the Return Policy of our company, you can see the terms by this link.
