Zotac 1080 Compatibility

Question

I wasn't able to comment on my original thread where you had request a receipt because the register as a new member function is currently disabled. Please see my original comment below along with a link to my receipt:

I recently purchased your Waterblock for my Zotac GTX 1080. When I opened the box I noticed that the block was much larger than my video card. The video card I have doesn't say it is a mini card of any type, but after looking up the product number it appears my card is a smaller version. Will the bracket still work on the mini version of the card and if not is there any way to return it? I opened the box but did not take the block or anything out of the packaging.

You can return the block to us, but since it is not the problem of the block itself, so you have to cover all the shipping cost. Once we receive the block, and there is no any problem, we will reduce the shipping cost and return the cost of the block to you. Any question, feel free to contact us.
