Which holes on the O11D PWM distribution plate you combined the BP-EML16 fitting with stop fitting? If two holes are too close, yes, BP-EML16 could not combine with stop fitting. Because the size of BP-EML16 is too big. But you can add an extender with the BP-EML16, such as BP-WTP-C60, and then they can combine with stop fitting.
