phantom with lga1700 compatibility

the box claims lga2011-3 and lga2066 compatibility, for the life of me cannot figure out how to install this on an asus x299 prime deluxe II?

May I have the model of your CPU?
The motherboard asus x299 prime deluxe II is not LGA1700.
