We find the PCB photo of MSI GeForce RTX 4090 SUPRIM LIQUID X at the following link.  Although we have never installed the water block on this model and cannot guarantee full compatibility, based on our experience and a comparison with the PCB photo of the MSI GeForce RTX 4090 SUPRIM, our BPM-VG4090MSR water block appears to be mostly compatible.

If you use our water block, please use our screws and cooling plate.
