I have a Bitspower Sedna O11D Lite-F for LIAN LI O11 DYNAMIC Series; the water pump has stopped working randomly. I have checked power connections, motherboard, emptied water, removed/cleaned out radiator. The pump is still not working. any suggestions? can i replace the pump?

Dear Customer,

Sorry to hear that.
Could you please send us the photos or video to show the problem?
Which coolant did you use?
Could you please try to disassemble the pump and clean the rotor?

Yes, you can replace the pump or upgrade to a stronger one.

If your Bitspower Sedna O11D Lite-F water pump for the LIAN LI O11 DYNAMIC series has stopped working, first check for power supply issues, loose connections, or possible clogs in the cooling loop. Just like solving a puzzle game, troubleshooting requires a step-by-step approach—testing the pump separately, ensuring the reservoir has enough coolant, and inspecting for air bubbles that might cause failure. If the issue persists, consider resetting the system or replacing the pump to maintain optimal cooling performance.
