Purchase bitspower Bpts-drgb-mfc rgb controller plugged it in installed touch aqua cpu block and no lights working?

Question

I recently purchase a Touch aqua summit block and noticed it had adressable rgb lights so i purchased a bitspower drgb controller opened manual on bitspower installed it and the lights are not working on my cpu block. Is there a power button for my controller hub? i dont not want to test the Drgb with any other power source as i am afraid to damage it. But i have no lights. I just had to replace my bitspower radiator as well because it started leaking after serving me well for 4 years now i purchased this block and having problems with it. please help. This is bad experience for me. Maybe you can tell me how to safe test the lights in the cpu block so i can narrow down this issue. Thank you.

Dear Customer,

Would you send us the photos to show how did you connect the lights and DRGB controller to the motherboard? Also please send us the receipt too. This is the email address. You can connect the light directly to the motherboard too, if it doesn't work, it means the LED light in the block has problem.

About the radiator, since you have used it for 4 years, maybe some fin has been broken if the leaking is not from the inlet or outlet. So please check the fin with bubble water and you will find the leaking place.
