Can Sedna O11D for LIAN LI dynamic pump be connected to the motherboard (asus rog Crosshair viii formula)

I see that the instructions indicate the power to be a molex but would it be possible to connect it to the motherboard directly to so that it can be controlled by it?

Yes, if the pump has PWM function, such as BPTA-WDPO11DE-PWM-V2.
