I'm not sure if I have the D5 or the V2.

Question

I know the pump is not working because my flow indicator doesn't move on start up, and my normal are being exceeded.

If you could send me an E-mail or give me a number to call I could send the pictures of my reservoir.

I'm not able to add photos in this response, or else I would include the three photos.

My reservoir is less than a year old.

My computer usually operates at 40 degrees and now it operates closer to 60-70 degrees.
