asked in Product related by
Hello,

I recently bought a Flow meter (BP-FS-CLBKBS).
In the box there are 2 flow restrictive washers, and instructions say the user may want to use one of them for the inlet.

But tubing I'm using have 9,5mm internal diameter, so do I really need to use the 8mm washer?

I'm concerned, like isn't it going to affect the flow too much for my particular system?
What if I do not use restrictive washers at all?

Useful info:
- I would place the flow meter just after the pump (D5 with 200ml res).
- Loop is currently cooling GPU, CPU, MOBO VRM.
- Using 2 rads (120mm +360mm) and 9,5/12,7mm tubing as said

Thansk for your valuable time and help!

Dear Customer,

Using the restrictive washer or not, it depends on the speed of the impeller of the flow meter. If the speed of the impeller works fast enough, you don't need to use any  restrictive washer. If the  impeller works slowly, you can put any one of the restrictive washer into the inlet side fitting of the BP-FS-CLBKBS.
