Where can I find prebent and pre cut tubes for the top radiator on titan mini 2.0?

Mid last month during installation I had broken a hard tube, tried contacting warranty support to see if warranty would cover it or at least send me a part number but It's but over 4 days with no answer, does anyone have the part number?

You can use the OD16mm acrylic tube, such as the following one.
You can cut it to the correct size.
Or could you send us your shipping address and phone number?
