What voltage is needed on D pin to turn on LED display?

Hi, 

I ordered the 

Bitspower CPU Block Summit ELX for AMD TRX40/TRX50 Platform with OLED

I don't currently have the LED controller, but want to verify that the o-LED is working. What voltage/signal do I need to connect to the D pin in order to turn on the display?

The input voltage is DC 5V~12V.
