Cant change fan color

Question

I just bought a pack of BTPA-Notos 120 and got them hooked up with the controller. They light up but none of the RGB software i have is picking them up to change color. I tried Razer Synapse and MSI Dragon Center but neither registered that the fans were even there. Is there a specific software i need for the fans.

Hello Tyler,

It seems that our controller is not compatible with your RGB software system.
Would you have a try to connect the DRGB of the fan directly to the motherboard?
And use the Y cable BP-CADRGBY to connect the DRGB LED of your fans?
