Sold a set of gaming headphones through Facebook Marketplace using their built-in checkout system. Buyer got the item — tracking showed delivered five days earlier. Still no payout. I tried following the FAQ steps and clicked through every support button I could find, but there was no option for delayed payments tied to a fulfilled order. I’ve been through every menu in the app and keep getting rerouted to auto replies or help articles that don’t apply. Wondering if anyone has managed to get in touch with someone at Facebook who can actually trigger the payout manually?

Shipped out a camera lens through Marketplace and watched it get delivered via tracking, but my payout never updated. I went through https://facebook-marketplace.pissedconsumer.com/customer-service.html hoping to figure out what actually worked for others. One user suggested submitting a report through the “Report a Problem” feature in the app, under the Payments section. I included screenshots, order details, and proof of delivery. Two days later, someone from Facebook’s support team responded and manually released the funds. Now I make sure to screenshot every step of a transaction, just in case.
