Summit Revo AMD contact plate not compatible

Question

New Summit Revo AMD edition included front side contact plate does not fit AM5 socket. Plastic tabs on outside of socket rim prevent contact plate from sitting flat against the board and cpu lid is not exposed.

This product is listed as AM5 compatible.

Thank you for contacting Bitspower.
The Summit Revo AMD works for AM5.
But we have many tests, and it works well with AM5.
Would you check the installation guide and circle the interference in a picture?
