What's the difference between the Touchaqua Notos and Touchaqua Notos O fans?

I am looking at two different versions of the Touchaqua Notos fans, and cannot find any information on one version. The Micro Center website has both the Touchaqua Notos RGB (BPTA-FX1812NT-1) and Touchaqua Notos O RGB (BPTA-NTO1218D1) listed for sale, but both feature identical product descriptions and specs.

When I checked the Bitspower website I could not find any reference to the Notos O variant, and when I searched online the only result was the Micro Center store listing for it. Do you have any details on what the differences are between these two versions?

BPTA-NTO1218D1 is only for Micro Center. The difference between two fans are the LED light and appearance, but the performance is nearly the same.
