Pump Hercules

Question

I have a problem, the Hercules pump has a flow rate of 4.5-5 litres/min, my flow rate is about 2 litres/min full speed, what could be the problem?
The new pump arrived on 07/23/2025

Could you please send us a photo of your whole water cooling system?
How did you get the rates of the pump and your flow?
Did the Hercules pump connect to the pump slot on your motherboard?
Or directly to the PSU?
