What differences in lighting do the Notos and Notos O fans have?

What differences in lighting do the fans have? The Micro Center picture for the Notos O fans show LED lighting around the edge, but it isn't clear if there are LEDs in the center from the image. I can see that the Notos fans have LEDs in the center but not around the edge but it isn't entirely clear for the Notos O fans.

The Micro Center picture for the Notos O fans have LED lighting around the edge, and have the LEDs in the center too.
