How can I control fan speed

I use the controller to control the fan color and patterns but how can I turn down the fan speed on the Touchaqua BPTA Notos 120 DRGB?

Did you connect the fan directly to your motherboard or by the fan PWM controller BPTA-PFANMFH? If you do, you can go into bios and control the speed of the fan.
