Tried both of your suggestions.  Neither changed anything. Everything is obviously getting power... but its just this pathetic spotty glow of blue lights. Doesn't light the whole fan, doesn't cycle.

Let's just say I'm less then impressed with the quality, ease of installation and documentation of this product.
Would it kill them to make directions that actually explain the installation, and how about a document that describes the use of the controller, and whether there is a control reset, what the different modes might be?

Hello Tony,

When you connect all the fans together by the cables and directly to the motherboard, you can control the RGB light by the LED software of your motherboard. Does this work? But because of the motherboard has limitation on power supply, if over the limitation, the LED of fan will not work or be gloomy.

When you do not connect the LED strip to the motherboard, only connect  to the DRGB controller which is powered by sata port, you can Press MODE+ and MODE- buttons simultaneously and release at the same time to enter auto mode, which will be from Random Rainbow Flickering. And then press Mode - to next light effect.

If both ways do not work, would you have a try to test the LED of each single fan? Maybe some LED light of the fan is broken.

Any question, feel free to contact us.
