Bitspower touchaqua s1 pump DOA

Question

Biwtspower touchaqua s1 pump is DOA.

My order number is #2020090115

Upon receiving the package today, During testing the pump is making lots of loud noises. Refer to YouTube link below.

I also remount the pump a couple of times but the results is the same.

Could you help exchange it for DDC pump?

As we replied you by email. The S1 pump may be not compatible with your water tank.
So please send it back with your water tank and we will check about it, thank you.
