Is my CPU block missing a jet plate?

When I opened my BP-WBCPUEFX-GD Summit EFX block, there was no Jet plate.  Does this model not use a jet plate, or is mine missing?   Thank you.

Which Jet plate are you talking about? The inside one as in BP-WBCPUM-DRGB?
If that, this model doesn't have a jet plate.
