Is BPTA-WDPO11DXLA-PWM fitted to the O11D PCMR version?

If so, is it possible to install three 120mm fans at the bottom?

Yes, BPTA-WDPO11DXLA-PWM fits to the O11D PCMR version too. But the baffle which comes with  BPTA-WDPO11DXLA-PWM won't be used. Also since the pump is near to the bottom of the case, so it can not install with three 120mm fans, but two.
