Fan only staying one color

hi so  I bought a  single RGB 120mm fan and tried all the software and none of them work I have it properly installed only my ASRock b450m pro 4 board I installed the cables onto the board since I only have 1 fan and the rest or corsair. and the RGB stays green and pulses. Do you know how to fix it?
