Bought the touchaqua soft tube amd kit, the rgb is not working even after replacing the controller

I bought the kit, and none of my rgb was working, so I bought a new rgb controller, and it is still not working.

Would you send the receipt of this soft tube amd kit to us?
And the photo to show how did you connect the RGB strip to the controller and motherboard?
Did you have a try to connect the rgb strip directly to the 3 pin, 5v slot on your motherboard ?
