I recently purchased 4 DDR5 double-sided heat sinks (2 sets of 2) under Order ID 2024090012, placed on 03/09/2024.
Upon inspection, I found that one of the two sets has a polished finish as expected, while the second set has a rough, unfinished surface, as if it was not properly buffed or polished during manufacturing. I believe this may be a defect covered under your warranty policy.
Could you please advise me on the steps to return the defective set for repair or replacement under warranty? I can provide photos of the issue if needed.
