Do automatic air-exhaust fitting need to be adjusted?

I have two automatic air-exhaust fittings in my reservoir. I can constantly smell coolant and the system is continuously taking on air and needs to be re-bled often. Can the exhaust fittings cause this? Is it ok to run two exhaust fittings in one reservoir (I do this for looks)? Do they need to be adjusted?

Hello Alex,

You can use two pcs of exhaust fittings in one reservoir. It depends on you. When the air pressure inside the water tank is higher than outside, the automatic air-exhaust fitting will release the air. You can add more water to your loop to reduce bubble and reduce the air release.
