hai again.. is there anything bitspower can do? the very high temp of the hotspot is bad for my gpu.. surely bitspower can help me on this?

hai again.. i installed the waterblock to the letter.. bitspower orion 4090 on my msi gaming trio.. very high gpu n hotspot temp.. around 80c and 95c

#2023040042 is the msi orion 4090 block the new revision? i saw in this forum that bitspower wants to revise the msi 4090 block? in what type does it revise? the design? the lenght? compatibility? should i be worried since i just ordered it? my gpu is msi 4090 gaming trio..( non x )
