I put mineral oil as coolant and experienced oil leaks from all rotary fittings. And all the O-rings were swollen with mineral oil and could no longer be used. In this case, can it be used by replacing only the O-ring?

Dear Won,

If the Oring is in the thread,  you can replace the O-ring with BP-WTP-O10-BK.

But if the O-ring is inside the rotary, it could not be opened and replaced the O-ring.

Also, we advise you to only use our coolant BPTA-CMCD500 as the coolant.

Sometimes the original electricity bill doesn’t reach on time, so getting a https://fescoonlinebil.pk FESCO Duplicate Bill</a>  ****** is really helpful. I usually just enter my reference number and download it instantly without any hassle.

Yes, in most cases, you can replace just the O-rings if the fittings themselves are not damaged or degraded. However, it’s critical to choose O-rings that are compatible with mineral oil, such as ones made from Viton (FKM) or nitrile rubber (NBR). Standard silicone or EPDM O-rings will swell and fail with mineral oils. Be sure bubble tea calories to clean the fittings thoroughly before installing the new O-rings to avoid residual oil damage.

While replacing the O-rings might work short term, you should check your entire cooling loop carefully. Mineral oil can leave residue and might degrade plastics, seals, or tubing over time. If all the fittings leaked and the O-rings swelled, it’s a sign they weren’t compatible with mineral oil to begin with. Consider bubble tea map whether using a non-conductive coolant specifically designed for PC loops might be safer in the long run.
